The students at Tyrrell Elementary School are in for a real treat! With the approval of Mr. Oliver A. Holley (Superintendent of Tyrrell County Schools), Mrs. Joyeria Brothers was able to secure a free kids meal pass to gift every student that attends TES courtesy of Texas Roadhouse #223 in Chesapeake, VA.
Texas Roadhouse in Chesapeake is celebrating Easter this year by giving FREE Kids Meal Passes to local churches, schools, and community events. Mrs. Brothers stated, “When I received the email, I could not let this opportunity go by without at least trying to get some passes donated to the wonderful students of our district. I had no idea I would get one for every child! This is amazing!”
Mrs. Brothers presented those passes to the Interim Principal of TES, Dr. Wayne Talley, on Friday, April 8th. She was accompanied by the Tyrrell County Schools’ Board of Education Chairperson (Mrs. Karen Clough) and Interim Director of Human Resources (Mrs. Fannie Williams).
