Mrs. Melissa Phelps
Bio
This is my 11th year teaching and my fifth year with Tyrrell County Schools. I am a Columbia High School graduate. After graduation, I continued my education at William Peace University where I received a degree in Elementary Education and Special Education. I have attended ECU and ECSU for my certification in Birth-through Kindergarten. In 2010 after graduation form WPU, I married my wonderful husband Matthew Phelps. Together we have two handsome boys Garrett and Grayson. Some of the things I enjoy in my free time are hunting, shopping and spending time with my family.
