Good afternoon. This is a message from Tyrrell County Schools for parents of students riding Bus 109 and Bus 111. We will be combining Bus 109 with Bus 111 for the regular afternoon routes for today (October 7th) and tomorrow (Friday, October 8th.) Because of this, please expect your child to run a little late from his or her usual home arrive time. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience.

The Core Essentials theme for the month of September is "Initiative". Students will spend this month learning about seeing what needs to be done, and then doing it. Each week, students will "say it, know it, see it, and be it". The animal and color for this month is the Seahorse and Ultramarine. The Tyrrell County Schools Board of Education will hold an open session Emergency Meeting on Friday, August 20, 2021 at 5:30 pm. The only item on the agenda will be COVID-19 Procedures. This meeting and all following will be held at Tyrrell County Schools Central Office located at 1107 Hwy 64 East, Columbia, NC 27925.
