Weekly Announcements 8/29/22-9/2/22
This is your proud principal, Mary Bridgers, with our weekly announcements. We are super excited to welcome students back to school on Monday, August 29th. We also want to thank you for an amazing Open House. It was great to have all of the families in the building and to feel all of the positive energy as we begin the 22-23 school year!
If you were unable to attend Open House, your child will bring home all of the information Monday afternoon. We ask that all necessary beginning of year paperwork be returned to your child’s teacher no later than Wednesday, August 31st.
Some important notes for the 22-23 school year:
-Parents are invited to walk their children inside each day. However, we do ask that you exit the building at 8:05 so instruction may begin. If your child arrives late, you will not be able to walk him/her to class.
-Transportation changes must be made by 2:00 pm each day. (Please see the Important Information document shared during Open House for necessary information.)
-Parents should remain in their car during dismissal time.
-Any adult picking up a child in the car rider line must have a placard to do so. If you need a car placard, please complete the form so you can receive it Monday afternoon during pick up. The form can be found below and the school story on Class Dojo.
We all know that the first day of school is the busiest, especially during arrival and dismissal, so we appreciate your patience:) We look forward to a great year and seeing all of the smiling faces Monday morning!
